Within this workshop we will cover a broad range of letterform styles, terminology, and processes to create a custom logotype for a client or yourself. Things such as proportion, color, expansion, translation, spacing, and so much more will be covered. Lastly, vectoring and interpolation will be covered to bring your logotype to its finished state. This workshop is for all skill levels.
Materials to bring:
- Pencil(s) (personal preferred brand)
- Tracing Paper (personal preferred brand)
- Tombow Brush Pen
- Zig Calligraphy Marker
- Chisel Sharpie (optional if marker above isn't available)
- Ruler
- Laptop (only if the student is ready to begin vectoring)
Refreshments & Snacks will be provided. Class is limited to 10 students. Tickets are non-refundable. A minimum of 5 seats must be sold for class to commence. In which case, tickets will then be refunded.
